Because The Performance Marketing Blueprint is a digital product delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once the download link has been issued.
We will issue a full refund if:
- you were charged more than once for the same order;
- payment was taken but you did not receive the download link and we are unable to resolve it within 48 hours;
- the file is corrupted and we cannot provide a working replacement.
To request a refund, email connect@xaumarketer.com within 7 days of purchase with your order details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Agency services
Cancellation and refund terms for services are defined in your proposal or agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, fees for work already completed and ad spend already paid to platforms are non-refundable, and monthly retainers may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.
