At XAUMARKETERS, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services and ensuring client satisfaction. This policy outlines our terms regarding refunds and cancellations.


1. Nature of Services

XAUMARKETERS provides digital services, including, but not limited to:

  • Performance marketing (paid ads)
  • Website design and development
  • Branding and content creation
  • Social media management

Due to the intangible and time-based nature of these services, refunds are subject to the terms below.


2. No Refund Policy (After Work Commencement)

Once a project has been initiated and work has begun, no refunds will be issued. This includes:

  • Strategy development
  • Campaign setup
  • Design or website work
  • Content creation

3. Cancellation Before Project Start

If a client cancels before any work has started, they may be eligible for a partial refund, after deducting:

  • Consultation fees
  • Payment gateway charges (if applicable)

4. Monthly Retainer Services

For ongoing services (e.g., ad management, social media):

  • Payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins
  • Clients may cancel future services with 7 days prior notice

5. Revisions & Satisfaction

We aim to ensure satisfaction through:

  • Defined revision cycles (as per agreement)
  • Open communication and feedback loops

Refunds will not be provided based on subjective dissatisfaction once agreed deliverables are completed.


6. Delays & Client Responsibility

Refunds will not be applicable if delays occur due to:

  • Lack of client response
  • Missing assets or approvals
  • Changes in project scope after approval

7. Exceptional Cases

In rare cases, partial refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of XAUMARKETER if:

  • The project has not significantly progressed
  • There is a valid and justifiable concern
