4. Revisions & Deliverables

  • Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the final deliverables

6. Performance Disclaimer

While we strive to deliver optimal results:

  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., sales, leads, ROI)
  • Performance depends on multiple external factors, including market conditions, competition, and client offerings

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive business information shared during the engagement.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with prior notice (minimum 7 days for ongoing services)
  • No refunds will be issued for work already completed or ongoing billing cycles

9. Limitation of Liability

XAUMARKETER SOLUTIONS shall not be held liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Business interruptions or loss of profits
  • Third-party platform issues (e.g., ad account bans, platform outages)

10. Third-Party Services
